So the intake gaskets have been replaced and the carb rebuilt twice but my Cutlass is still not running right. If I sit at a light too long the idle starts jumping around and it stalls. I have to put it in neutral and keep my foot on the gas to keep it around 1000rpm. When moving it seems to run ok, except it's gutless, but 307's are not powerhouses, so that may just be the way it is. Also I noticed if I drive at steady highway speeds for a while, say Round Rock to Georgetown, when I pull off and slow down, and then try to take off again, the car hesitates a bit. Bottom line is it's just not right. The tech I use is a good guy and a great parts changer but carburetors are kind of a lost art. I need to find someone that knows what they are doing. Also since the last carb rebuild my cruise control is DOA. -Mike
