Ever see a classic in an open garage? I always slow down, sometimes make a second pass and on a rare occasion I will stop and see if the owner is outside to talk to.
Last weekend I saw an Orange and black ~1970 Buick GS in a garage and did a second pass. This was in Leander
A few years ago I saw a 1969 Mustang Mach I in Acapulco Blue and actually stopped to talk to the owner. He even started it up and gave me a ride. This was in the Spicewood neighborhood.
