I have a couple of the hand-held bug zappers from Harbor Freight. It is satisfying to see mosquitos explode in a brilliant blue-white spark. Flies however, smolder & smoke and it stinks.
The laser thing is really cool but making it safe enough for market will be a challenge due the eye damage danger.
