This is classic. I sold off a bunch of Citation X-11 spare parts the summer before last. Shipped through USPS cheapest rate. One guy from my car club bought an X-11 gauge cluster for $35, paid me with Paypal, and I shipped it to New Jersey. He never got it, and I'd misplaced the tracking info, so I just refunded the PayPal....I'd not cashed it...I don't cash them until I know the buyer gets their part.
Just got a Paypal payment for $35 with this message: "Hey Mike, You will never guess what showed up here at the house! Better late than never I guess :-) I believe I owe you $35.00. Thank-You so much! I really only needed the tach which I installed today...works GREAT! Still hoping to meet you someday soon... Jason"
I'd originally shipped this cluster in July of 2010..... AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Don't even get me started with the great service of the USPS. And they wonder why they are going broke!
