Probably a solenoid going bad and I think the torque converter is slipping. I have another transmission question in the Ford Tech section about my Mustang's C-4.

Talk to Scott Jasperson. Tell him David Matthys sent you. It will either help or hurt. He's a client of mine. I think he still likes me;-)
