If fabricated out of metal then I'd grant it Custom status. If sculpted from pallets of body filler then genuine Crap. Given the price I'm guessing the latter.
Early Mustangs are very cool for many reasons; one of them being their light weight. This one might be carrying several hundred pounds of body filler which would be not cool at all.

Not my cup of "T". Steel or not. Though factory made stationwagon early Mustangs, Firebirds, Corvettes etc. styling excercises are kinda cool. This one fall way short

That Vette wagon is kinda unique and way more cool than that thing I posted. It looks like a Nomad Corvette Summer.
