Yep looks familier! The 93 was a TBI Chevy 350, not the LT1, but still a good engine. They only had single exhaust, but 93's did have the full dash gauge clusters including the tachometer. They are simple to service and reliable as the sun.
The 94-96 models are the ones to find though. In '94 these all got the LT1 engine right out of the Impala SS, and the Gran Touring Suspension option added all the heavy duty police-spec suspension parts (avoid Dynaride base cars...they are WAY too soft). In addition the dash and door panels were upgraded, and the stock stereo was improved a lot in '94 (tweeters in the upper doors with mids in the lowers).
In order to save a little money, the 94 dash only included a speedometer, fuel, and temp gauge. The 93 and older had a tach, oil and battery gauge too....so GM adds a much hotter engine and takes half the gauges off the dash...nice. Happily you can buy a modified Z28 cluster for LT1 cars....a mod I hope to do VERY soon!
Thanks for being on the lookout for these. Will post that 93 to my wagon club and hopefully save it from becoming someones work truck or going to Mexico...
